The best of Vancouver life is a casual Sunday afternoon shared with family. This place is truly amazing.
As I type this entry, I am strolling around a brand new community center that was an Olympic venue, now boast a swim pool, a gym, an ice rink, and library.
Creating noise in the background is the cheers of parents watching a little league baseball game in an open field. What a place that fits for such a game, I thought to myself; right next door is Nat Bailey Stadium, home to the Vancouver Canadiens pro baseball team. I enjoyed the few games I’ve watched here.
The new library is yet to open, and the hockey rink is getting its final touch-up. This place is busy as is and will only see more use.
If not for the skyrocketed home prices, Vancouver will be truly awesome. Yet for a modest family, this is already the priceless lifestyle.
